The hotel was fairly clean with great rooms and people. Attentive venue stuff in all areas and everything was fantastic. An electric kettle, central heating and iron/ironing board in airy rooms where awesome. Enjoyed the restaurant for evening meals.

The first part of your questionnaire sums things up
A little short on information with regard to meals and notices (Dining room menu) too high for older people to read.

Hotel was 3 mins from the beach, only issue was parking during the day if car park full you had to use the road side pay and display. Bar food and restaurant was excellent.
Bathroom could do with updating.

In a quiet position 10 mins from station and a few minutes from zig zag paths to sea and local attractions Istayed with my sister in a twin room which was warm and the beds were comfortable. I preferred the twin room to the double rooms I have styed in

Decent Location, But Could Use Improvement
While the location is great for exploring Bournemouth, the facilities need an upgrade. The breakfast was satisfactory, but the uneven stairs and noisy hallways made for a restless night.

I rated the staff as poor but this was mainly to do with the fiasco we had trying to get bar meals. A Fawlty Towers moment. Reception was fine and the staff at breakfast were fine.
